Rapid Career Progression and Top Training Opportunities

Many of our staff rapidly progress their careers with our comprehensive training scheme and packed training programme.

Our training programme for Chartered Engineers is impressive: current staff pass rates are nearly 78% (Structures) and 100% (Civils).

Perhaps most attractive to staff is the intensely varied and interesting workload, from pergolas to power stations, residential to recycling centres. Incidentally we also run a number of highly successful sports teams, 5-a-side football, basketball, stool ball, and the occasional cricket 11!
