HOP has in-house capability to help with the building services aspects of projects.  In particular :–

• Early advice on loadings and  incoming services and dealing with statutory providers
• Identification of major plant items at the planning stage (eg, any need for electricity substations or transformers, water boosting, special metering or the like?)
• Early input into the detailed requirements for lifts, hoists or other M&E plant
• Structural holes for services and global clash detection
• Help with the preparation of performance specifications
• Coordination of underground services (working in-house with our Infrastructure section)
• Assistance on site and dealing with suppliers
