HOP are very pleased to have been awarded Investors In People Gold Standard since 2014. In March this year, we were reassessed against the sixth generation framework and were once again merited Gold standard, thus retaining our Gold Award accreditation.
Organisations that meet the world recognised IIP standard, are believed to reflect the very best in people management excellence and as such we are very proud to be amongst the top few with this accolade. We are delighted to have been recognised for our strong, ongoing commitment to continue investing in our staff.
Our Assessor wrote much about why HOP merits its Gold level accreditation, including:-
