Avtrade Global Headquarters, West Sussex

Avtrade are a leading, global aircraft components provider for the aviation industry. From 2014 to 2018, the organisation relocated from various sites to a purpose-built headquarters in Sayers Common, Sussex.

Over 4 Phases, HOP Consulting provided services for the construction of two 8,000m² warehouse units and a 2,500m² prestigious office building.

The site of the new headquarters previously occupied a former 1,000,000sq. ft poultry farm which came with many environmental issues, along with difficult high-water table levels.
