The Seven Ports Challenge Charity Cycle Ride 2019

HOP Director, Nigel Hosker, will be joining the Brighton & Hove Property Consortium in The Seven Ports Challenge Charity Cycle Ride 2019 sponsored by Woodhart Group.

The Brighton & Hove Property Consortium is a group of local property professionals that host an annual cycling event to raise money for the local charities that are chosen by the current Mayor of Brighton. This year’s charities include: Martlets, Rockinghorse, Grace Eyre Foundation and Off The Fence.

On 2nd May, the team will be setting off from the British Airways i360 and cycling to Portsmouth where they will catch the ferry to France to begin their cycle along the beautiful Normandy coast via Caen, Honfleur, Fecamp and Dieppe. They will then arrive in Newhaven by ferry for the final cycle back into Brighton on 5th May. They will be cycling a total of 180 miles.

Each cyclist has committed to raising a minimum of £750 to take part in this event so that they can reach their fundraising goal of £50,000. Brighton & Hove Property Consortium’s previous years’ events have raised a combined total in excess of £150,000, which has made a huge difference to the charities involved.
