HOP Team Building Day 2018

Every September, we organise an annual Staff Team Building Day. The details of the event are kept top secret. This year’s event was marine themed and our staff enjoyed an exciting day taking part in the activities on offer at Chichester Watersports Centre.

Each HOP team had the chance to try:

• Kayaking
• Wakeboarding
• Paddleboarding
• The Banana Boat
• The Inflatable Obstacle Course
• HOP’s ‘Paddle Round the Pier 2018’ handmade canoe

Teams worked together to avoid falling in the water, which proved difficult, especially on the banana boat and the obstacle course. It was a fantastic, fun-filled day and a great team bonding exercise for our latest recruits and HOP Degree Apprentices. The activities were followed by a BBQ which was provided by the lovely staff at the centre.
